Which TRT is right for you?
Each man is different, which is why a personal consultation with an expert is so important.
In the Harley Street TRT Network, we don’t have protocols that say everyone must get the same treatment. We look at the individual, their medical history, and their other medications and then decide with them what is the best treatment for them.
We offer the full range of injections, gels, and capsules as well as all supportive medications.
Comprehensive blood testing
Accurate blood testing is an important part of assessing and supporting the safe use of testosterone therapy. Unlike some providers, we carry out a broad panel of tests – including over 49 blood markers – to assess key areas such as prostate health, cardiovascular risk, liver and kidney function, and other relevant factors. We don’t compromise on patient safety, and we don’t believe you should either.
You and your clinician need to have the full information before you decide to start treatment, if appropriate.

Frequently Asked Questions
Ready to start your TRT journey?
What is Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)?
Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) is a medical treatment designed to restore optimal testosterone levels in men experiencing low testosterone. This therapy helps alleviate symptoms such as fatigue, low libido, mood swings, weight gain, and decreased muscle mass, improving overall quality of life.
What Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) options do you offer?
At Smiths Medical Group we offer testosterone capsules, injections, and gels. Each TRT option has unique benefits and suitability depending on individual preferences and medical conditions. During our initial consultation, we evaluate patients’ test results and low testosterone symptoms. Patients will discuss the best TRT options with a clinical expert, who will then create a personalised treatment plan tailored to each individual.
Is it safe to take TRT with my other medications?
Before deciding on the TRT option best suited for you, it’s important to consult with a TRT clinical expert to assess your medical condition carefully.
During your initial consultation at Smiths Medical Group, we will thoroughly review your medical history and current medications to identify any potential conflicts. Our personalised approach ensures that your TRT journey is tailored to your specific needs and monitored regularly to maintain the highest levels of safety and effectiveness.
What are the symptoms of low testosterone?
Common symptoms of low testosterone include decreased energy, reduced libido, low mood, poor concentration, decreased muscle mass, disturbed sleep patterns, weight gain, and more. However, symptoms of low testosterone can vary widely between individuals and often go unnoticed due to their diverse nature.
Checking symptoms is quick and easy. Simply take our ADAM assessment – it takes less than 20 seconds and requires no data entry.
Note: A blood test is required to check testosterone levels. You can order a blood test on our booking page. Alternatively, if you have completed a blood test within six months prior to your consultation, you can submit those results for your TRT evaluation. In this instance, please book your consultation without a blood test.
What are the benefits of Testosterone Replacement Therapy?
The benefits of testosterone therapy include increased energy, improved mood, better sleep, enhanced libido, and an overall improved quality of life. Many patients report significant improvements in their daily functioning and well-being after starting TRT treatment. By maintaining optimal testosterone levels, TRT helps combat symptoms of low testosterone, leading to a more balanced and fulfilling life.
